Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of sealed Pokemon products, as well as all other TCG products in general, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

However, if you receive products that are damaged during transit (product is damged with seal wrap still intact), please contact us via email pokenatcg@gmail.com and we will gladly give you a replacement.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • All products are final
  • Orders can not be modified or combined
  • Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment (except preordered orders), but will be subjected to a 6% cancellations fee.
  • Pre-order products/orders can not be cancelled.

Refunds

All sales are final, we do not offer returns or refunds. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and integrity of our products.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any circumstances.
